Very rude. She acted like I was shopping for pain pills which I was not. Didn't give me any paperwork she implied I was trying to get off work I have a no fault point system at my work I don't need a doctors note. Also said she was ordering an ultrasound and I never got a call for that. I made an appointment with my own doctor I will never go there again and I also tell anyone I know not to go there either.

She’s been awesome for me, was in a car crash a lil while back, an had issues with my eye worked perfectly with my paperwork An with my restrictions though amazon. Went to see her for hip a complaint later had to stop by for paperwork an it was in an out, believe she’s the primary person for the entire office so it can take some time to get to her but she does everything probably an has the experience to back it up. Imo money well spent

So glad I found Dr.Zhong when I moved to the north Chicagoland area. She's attentive, patient, kind and I've never had to wait too long in the waiting room, or when it's come to getting an appointment. Every practice I'm sure has emergency patients that pop up and mess with the scheduling a little but, my visits to her office have never included an extended wait time, thankfully.
