DO NOT sign a lease with Lipe. In 10 years of renting places, never had a problem till I signed with Lipe. Worse decision ever. Nightmare from the start. Place is super cheap, walls paper thin, windows also cheap--you will hear everything outside and also inside from your neighbors. The roof also leaked a bunch. Elevator constantly not working. Packages always got stolen from mine and other tenants units because there is no way for the mail deliverers to get in. I complained multiple times to manager and nothing was ever do... read more
