I had the absolute misfortune of contacting LIPCA while setting up insurance for my upcoming pest control company, and it was easily the worst administrative experience I’ve had as a new business owner. They helped me get insurance for my business
Belittling and unhelpful. I asked them for a quote on more coverage and access to the portal to pay my premium for *27 DAYS* until it got to the point of cancellation. I was calm, I was patient, I never lashed out. The information they finally gave me was incorrect and I still haven’t gotten my quote.
