I had the absolute misfortune of contacting LIPCA while setting up insurance for my upcoming pest control company, and it was easily the worst administrative experience I’ve had as a new business owner. I was subjected to the most appalling, unprofessional treatment imaginable by a "customer no-service" representative named Andrew.
