My 17 year old teen daughter loved this experience! We called first thing this morning (Monday at 10am) and were fortunate enough to be squeezed in the same day at 1pm. We arrived a few minutes early and the lovely Jazlyn assisted my daughter in creating 2 lipsticks and a blush that my daughter LOVES!!! Considering the experience and the quality of the products The Lip Lab is worth every dollar! I highly recommend!
Celebrating a Birthday🎉, had a great time w the girls. The staff was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience. The products are pricey but seem to be great quality.
My bridesmaids brought me here for my bachelorette and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to everyone in our group, and the makeup quality is impeccable. I will definitely be reordering my set over and over again. They also matched me perfectly and even helped us find our personal color palettes - very skilled set of artists working here!
I was so excited to fit this experience into the last day of my trip, but I’m sorry to say that it was a disappointment. My party was unaware that reservations were necessary, and the employee helping us was unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. GG was incredibly rude throughout the experience and seemed bothered by any questions or requests asked. If I could give this place one star, I would. My friends and I came in excited to make a few items, but the experience quickly turned disappointing—mainly because of one staff member. From the start, her attitude was noticeably negative, and it really affected the overall experience.
