I had such a great experience making my custom lip products. Katie was wonderful and so kind and patient when it took a few tries to get the color I wanted just right. She never made me feel rushed or like it was a bother and I really appreciated that. She also took her time at the start going over all the options and letting me swatch the different finishes. Overall it was just a really great experience and I highly recommend going if you're in Nashville.

This was a fun outing. My technician, Grace, was incredible! She was super patient and talented. She was dedicated to creating my perfect shade of lip color. My only surprise came when the bill arrived. The prices weren't posted anywhere that I found. I was with a bridal party group. I got a custom lipstick and balm for $108 + tip. Because we were a group we did receive some bonuses which included a makeup bag and lip primer. Went with 10 other ladies for a birthday. It was a Saturday so the space was loud. It was hard to hear exactly what was being said while the girl was explaining the process. Most of the mirrors did not have batteries so they didn't light up. It was a fun one-time experience but the quality of the lipgloss I'm afraid isn't very great. The color is nice but it doesn't last and has a bad bitter taste. I even had scent added to it but the flavor is not pleasant.

I had kind of a mixed experience with the lip lab. It wasn't super busy in there but was made to feel rushed throughout the experience. The lighting wasn't great so I kept having to get out my phone flashlight to see an accurate color. I mentioned to the employee that lighted mirrors might be better, and she said the mirrors normally do light up but no one remembered to charge them lol.
