History Established in 1990. Tom and Marie Jenkinson purchased the Dove House in 1990 and started renovating the historic property. In 1993 they purchased the neighboring property, now the Gatehouse, and began its 12,000 square foot addition. They now host over 350 events per year with over 5500 total as of the end of 2009.
