I've been coming here since August 2023. I didn't think I could lose the weight I'd gained since COVID and losing my mom. Here I am 7 months in, and my body composition has changed drastically! I love the small group classes, and I feel a little bit of fomo if I miss a day! Kevin does a week trial, I highly suggest coming and trying it out!

best group training experience I've had. coach kevin stays committed to smaller group training, staying focused on us as individuals. it truly is the most like a personal training experience, better value! the groups are supportive & positive. coach is extremely knowledgeable & proves so in our results. definitely check it out if you are seeking group training! makes orange theory look like a factory. high five to kevin & his coaching team!
My daughter and I took the Self Defense class today with Kevin and Anthony who were beyond amazing with their wealth of knowledge. I felt comfortable the whole time and knew they were the real deal. From demonstration to active hands on, I feel empowered. Thanks guys for all you do! Much appreciation and gratitude!
