I very much appreciate the very professional and caring staff at the Broome clinic at my appointment this morning, the opthamologist explained my diagnosis in a manner that was very easy for me, as a lay person, to understand
I am on holidays from Perth - away for the winter! I developed a lower eyelid infection just prior to leaving hone two weeks ago. We are staying at Barn Hill 140kms from Broome. I phoned and sought guidance and sent photos. I followed this up with a trip to Urgent Care in Broome for a referral. The staff at Lions were great. They fitted me in between patients, took a thorough but quick look at my problem and assured me that all was OK. I can’t thank them enough. I can now proceed with the next 3 months of our holiday!!
My visit to the clinic today was very pleasant indeed. Having injections in your eyes is not a pleasant experience however at the Lions clinic today l was amazed at how professional they were with minimal fuss. Very little discomfort afterwards which is rare. Thank you to the staff and keep up the good work
Absolutely disgusting treatment of my infant child. Told to drive him around for an hour and a half as room was full of people with no COVID precautions taken, including doc and staff. waiting for drops in eyes to work only to be told machine is broken.. 35 degree day. And hour drive each way. Thanks for nothing.
