Our technician, Steven, was on time and conducted himself in a professional manner. He was knowledgeable in the heating and air conditioning trade, and after his inspection, assured us our unit was still in good condition and will most likely last for many years to come. He did not try to up-sell us into services we did not need and I appreciate his honesty. We have used Lions Heating & A.C. on a few occasions and would recommend their services without hesitation.
