Great massage today from Lisa Nosek at Lion's Heart! She identified the cause of my persistent lower back pain, gave me some relief, and left me with an exercise to stretch and strengthen the muscle.
Highly recommend going to see Tyla for acupuncture, whether you're a first timer or a seasoned veteran. I had never been to acupuncture before and she made it feel very welcoming and comfortable. She helped me with shoulder pain, stress, energy levels and feeling more balanced. After my fourth treatment, I left feeling the most relaxed I had felt in a long time. Excited to see what continued visits will do for me.
I started seeing Camille in 2021 and she is wonderful. I had a pretty bad experience with an acupuncturist in another town and had taken a big break from seeking treatments. She was super calm and patient with me, and is incredibly knowledgeable. The space is warm and inviting. I highly recommend going to Lions Heart.
Tyla is amazing at what she does! I was a little nervous not having had acupuncture before and she was very welcoming and calming. We worked on balancing my body and a few other things and I felt a huge difference after every session. Tyla is very thoughtful, thorough and makes you feel like you’re getting the best care every time. I didn’t think I could ever be so relaxed during acupuncture!
Tyla was superb, very knowledgeable and professional. Been a few time now and always feel 100% better afterwards!
