A thorough examination, comprehensive explanation of the results, all possible solutions offered but then narrowed down to the most suitable for my particular hearing loss and lifestyle. Absolutely amazing clinic very clean and tidy. I had a Cleo as my technician and she was amazing. Very informative very sweet and listener to what I had to say. Reception girls were absolutely amazing as well. Thank you so much for a really positive experience. :)
