I had suction for ear to remove wax that was heavily impacting my hearing and very uncomfortable. I had pushed it down with a cotton tip. Sheng was brilliant, explained everything thoroughly in the process. Sometimes medical professionals can rush you out the door without addressing any of your concerns. He went above and beyond, certainly listened to and gave me the outcome I was looking for. Would highly recommend anyone in the Neutral Bay Area
