The service I received from The Lions Clinic Kwinana was 100% professional in all aspects of assessing my needs and arranging my new hearing aid. My clinician was not pushy in any way to persuade me to take a hearing aid which was more than I needed. All the cards were put on the table so to speak with explanations on all models available, at the end it was my choice. I have received my new hearing aids for which I am very happy with.
