It was so easy. I contacted them on the web page with my schedule and availability. They contacted me and were very accommodating. The tech showed up and solved the problem. Very professional and I felt like he really cared about how much this was costing me. More than I expected and then some. I would recommend these guys to anybody. I’ve been in the trades for forty years I love it when things go that smooth:)
[edit] the company did contact me afterwards and clarified their position. I believe better communication can be helpful but I appreciate their follow up to the review. My pool pump kept leaking overtime, had a tricky time finding the right pump to replace it, but they were able to source it, and install it perfectly. Great communication, professional service, and everything is working smoothly now.
