The office staff are unfailingly helpful and accommodating. There is a “family feeling” here that isn’t apparent at many businesses these days.
Today I went in to the facility right at 4:30 PM thinking that they closed at 7. I had the pleasure of meeting Carmen who could clearly tell I walked a mile in the hot sun, offered me a ride back over the over-pass. She ended up almost driving me the whole way home with her sweet pug Stella! Great service! Ps the other ladies at the front desk I met when I first went in were lovely as well!

The team at Lions Gate are awesome. Very professional, but personable too. They always greet me with a warm smile and are always helpful.
Been a client here for over 10 years. The staff are helpful and kind, especially Carmen.
