We have been storing our items at Lionsgate mini storage for approximately three years and have been very happy with the service and staff at the facility. Specifically Wendy, who went out of her way to help us today. The lovely ladies in the office are very friendly and accommodating, and the facility is nice clean and easily access accessible. Highly recommended.
Very disappointing experience. The staff member I dealt with, Wendy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the whole interaction unpleasant — instead of helping, she was dismissive and unfriendly. On top of that, the pricing was very misleading. Over the phone, I was told one rate, but when I went to the office there were hidden costs and several different prices for the same size storage unit. This felt dishonest and confusing. The office staff are unfailingly helpful and accommodating. There is a “family feeling” here that isn’t apparent at many businesses these days.
Today I went in to the facility right at 4:30 PM thinking that they closed at 7. I had the pleasure of meeting Carmen who could clearly tell I walked a mile in the hot sun, offered me a ride back over the over-pass. She ended up almost driving me the whole way home with her sweet pug Stella! Great service! Ps the other ladies at the front desk I met when I first went in were lovely as well!
