Extremely rude receptionist. Extremely rude
Dr. Snopkowski has been my GP for over 10 years. Didn’t see him much in the early going but since I’ve had a lung transplant (and long before that) he has been exceptional. Very caring, intelligent and thorough. Super nice guy! As for the front desk staff, I’ve always found them relatively friendly and efficient. As with anyone, if you treat them with kindness and patience, they’ll treat you the same way.
Update to my review of one year ago. Dr. Chin is a knowledgable and caring physician, and I would give her 4-5 stars. But the front desk staff... There is no way to reach the office by phone! I missed my phone appointment by two minutes (I couldn't get to my phone on time). Dr. Chin left a message for me to call her back, but it's impossible. You sit on hold for 15 minutes, then get a message to call back later, and the call is disconnected. The problem is that they don't seem to ever answer the phone. Based on my experience... read more
Avoid this clinic at all costs. Dr. Snopkowski and his clinic will have you waiting for 1 or 2 months (my longest wait and final straw was 54 days!) for an appointment. He will cancel your appointments with no reschedule. He only works out of the office a couple days of the week. The worst example of our healthcare system. I'm very fortunate to have found another doctor.
You will wait a month or two for an appointment, and they might cancel or reschedule on you. Dr. Snopkowski purposely over books himself, you will be waiting an hour or more past the time of your scheduled appointment. He also only works out of that office a few days a week.
