I've lived in the neighborhood for 6 yrs and loved it. The HOA is pricey for the benefit, though, in my opinion. I've lived places with much better benefits for considerably less HOA fees. The HOA is slow to respond to requests and incomplete, requiring lots of follow-up. The HOA is a little too restrictive.
This club house is very nice and roomy with nice view of the lake and lots of parking spaces. Wheelchair accessible.
Very nice and welcoming area. Would visit again if given the opportunity. Thank you!
