My garage door wouldn't close, and we noticed smoke coming from the motor. I reached out to Lions Gate Garage Doors, and Alfredo was incredibly helpful and kind. He advised me to use the emergency release to manually close the door. When I mentioned the emergency release was jammed, he was at a football match with his son but offered to come by afterward without charging me for it. I contacted Lions Gate Garage Doors because they are BBB accredited. They lived up to this accreditation. The person who answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon was helpful and reassuring. He scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The repair person arrived at the scheduled time. He was very professional, fixing the garage door in about 45 minutes, all for a fair price.

My garage door hadn't been serviced in ages and was very creaky and sounded concerning. The service was quick, good, and fixed what was practical. I really appreciated James's honesty and helpfulness in pointing out other issues that were occuring in the garage that should also be fixed but were outside the scope of a garage door repair. I will definitely be using this company going forwards
