I'm not sure where these bad reviews are coming from but, LCI is not a scam. It's a legitament humanitarian organization and the fact is you can't just get a grant from them you need to be in a lion's club to even get one. They are of tremdous help to society. So please check out a club near you before you believe these negative comments
