I love Lions Cage MMA, I think it's an amazing concept designed to help young children (and adults) stay active and socialize instead of sitting around on their phones/tablets as most kids do nowadays. They are learning discipline, building their confidence, and learning how to defend themselves, while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 100% would recommend!
This is such a great place to learn and have fun! The girls at the front desk made me feel so comfortable and confident trying out my first class.
