Awesome people! Great training environment!
Great gym for bjj classes, cross-fit, personal training and kickboxing. My husband and I are happy we joined it. The owner is extremely professional, nice and wiling to help us design what fit program will best suit our personal goals. The gym is clean, parking is plenty, everything is so member and family friendly... My husband loves the jui jitsu classes and wants to sign our 3 and 5 years old girls.
I joined the gym recently for their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (bjj) classes and I am so happy I did so. Jeremy Penney is an outstanding black belt Alliance coach and the way he explains things, the patience he has with new people like me is truly what made the difference why I picked this place over others. My children also joined the kids bjj classes and love those. The gym is family oriented, there are classes for parents and kids.
