Affordable Roofing, Siding and Gutters closed shortly after the death of the owner Mark S. Abbott. Stay Away!!!! Derrick was supposed to give me a new metal roof, well he did it alright, there are boot prints stopped into the metal, metal lifting all over because its not even put on properly i had a guy come out to inspect and he could literally lift the sides of the metal up because it was installed incorrectly. With that being said after multiple attempts to reach derrick and him saying he would replace the metal he hasnt and now he has gone non responsive! The first person I dealt with made several commitments to do the work and didn’t show up when scheduled and didn’t call to inform me or reschedule. I called and spoke to the owner. He came and inspected my roof with a drone and sent two guys to do some work. They never returned to compete the job and have not followed up. Due to their incompetence my roof leak got worse and now I have Sheetrock damage in the ceiling that has to be repaired along with the roof. STAY AWAY!

The family and I are Very thankful for Lionheart Roofing & Restoration, they were there when we needed them especially Derrik Gibson he worked endlessly day and night till the job was done with excellent service in doing so. . God bless them.
Excellent service for an emergency repair. 10/10 would recommend.
