Looking through the other reviews things must have changed. While they still don't have any group fitness classes there do offer MMA and CrossFit classes at an additional cost. The updated equipment about a year ago and have done a good job maintaining it. The only area that could use some TLC is the bathroom, it's hit or miss whether it looks clean or a tornado went through.

I've had a terrible time at this gym, especially since they had new owners take over last month. All of the fitness classes were abruptly cancelled, including the spinning classes, which is the only reason I joined. Of course the management before them weren't that great either because they'd randomly cancel a fitness class with no warning and you wouldn't know until you showed up. New management/owners took over this gym in summer of 09 and as a longtime customer, I am appalled at how they are treating the members that were part of the gym before they came on board. I am stuck in a pre-paid contract, but once it expires, I am out. They got rid of most of their weightlifting machines and have ended ALL classes. To show you an example of their integrity, they still have signs up saying that classes have been "temporarily suspended." That is a LIE to potential new members.
