Highly recommend Tegan - she is kind, nurturing but also kicks my butt (in the nicest way possible lol). Tegan is absolutely amazing! I am someone who has found exercise to be a chore throughout my life, and have always struggled with consistency. I have worked with Tegan for the last 6 months and would highly recommend anyone to participate in her Lionness program.
