An amazing place for strength training. The coaches are very supportive and encouraging. Coulnt be more happier to workout and learn something new every class. A very different experience from anything ive tried before. 🙂 highly highly recommend to everyone.

I joined Lioness a year ago not knowing anyone who attended already and it was THE BEST decision I have made for myself. The trainers are fantastic, always approachable and genuinely care about your goals and helping you achieve them. The atmosphere is motivating, supportive and always fun and the community of members is by far the best part of this gym! I have been apart of many types of gyms in the past and this has been the most fulfilling experience. Highly recommend!
I was hesitant to join a smaller gym after only using bigger franchises, but the community and personalised experience at Lioness has been amazing. I joined off the back of some chronic health issues, with lots of physio and osteo guidence, and started with just PT. On my intake form I wrote “No PE teacher vibes!” and was quickly looking forward to my weekly sessions with B. Fantastic gym!! Great classes!! Great vibes!! The ladies here are super lovely! Highly recommend for anyone, starting out or seasoned gymer. If you want nice people with nice facilities. This is the place to be.
