I started at Lioness Performance a few years ago just using the 24/7 tanning facilities, but the team encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and join a class and I haven’t looked back since! I absolutely love training at this gym. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you improve.
