4ish weeks into Lioness and loving it! The trainers and gals make the community what it is and are so welcoming and supportive. Also helping me work through an injury - willing to make adjustments wherever needed. You won’t find a better place to train 🫶 Everyone’s always smiling and happy to be in such an incredible environment! Can’t thank the team enough for helping me get back into training and making it so comfortable.
This is my favourite place to be! I’ve formed so many friendships here that I cherish dearly. The team have done an amazing job by bringing such wonderful women together in one community. I love seeing how everyone gets around one another and how they all lift each other up. I’d never done any sort of strength training previously and had anxiety around the gym but joining Lioness made all that go away and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. If you want to feel supported and empowered, this is where it’s at!
Such an awesome atmosphere, great trainers and great facility. Lioness performance has a very welcoming vibe and feels like a beautiful community. After nearly 4 years off training, it was the perfect place for me to overcome my anxiety and get back into what I loved. Highly recommend 👌
This is my happy place! I’ve always had a hate-hate relationship with exercise, but once I started gaining a lot of weight quickly from PCOS I decided to try and do something about it and gave Lioness a go. It’s almost been a year now and I’ve never felt better physically and mentally. The girls are the most supportive bunch you’ll ever meet and now I actually look forward to exercising. 10/10 would recommend joining this family 💕
I wish I could give more than 5 stars to these legends at Lioness. I started at Lioness 8 months ago, they immediately made me feel welcome, discussed my performance goals and have done nothing but empower me to be the best version of myself both in the gym and outside. I have never been surrounded by such a supportive community of like minded queens which comes not just from the members but from the coaches themselves.
