The fear of being judged at the gym has been wiped away and confidence in me has improved tremendously since I joined Lioness! The community of women at this place is spectacular! Excellent Coaching Team!
I'm really enjoying the classes at Lioness Performance!! I was a complete beginner at the gym when I joined and had no lifting experience whatsoever. I really enjoy learning new techniques at the classes and also love that I've finally found an exercise routine I can stick to. The bonus part is that I actually look forward to each session! Another thing to note are the amazing and encouraging coaches as well as the uplifting and friendly atmosphere created by everyone I meet! I highly recommend this place!!
