Absolutely horrible experience. For a building marketed as a luxury apartment, the quality of service and management was completely unacceptable. Fridge and freezer were not properly functioning for months despite repeated maintenance requests. Months where the water from our sinks and shower ran brown, and management was unresponsive and dismissive. We loved our stay at One East Harlem Apartment. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The floor I live on is very clean. I’ve never seen infestation in my apartment. Whenever I have an issue in my apartment, I usually put a ticket in and maintenance is at my door immediately to help with any issues I’m having. I’ve been here over three years and I would definitely recommend.

Do take everything negative said on here with a grain of salt. This building is not “falling apart” the same people writing these things are the people who are bringing that type of energy here. To the person who posted pictures of the darkened water, are you going to pretend the building did not send notices that they were doing a cleaning? I have lived here for 3 years coming up. Have never had an issue with management. In cases where there is an issue with your package they will gladly check cameras for you.
