WOW! I was so impressed with my first class. No pressure, no pain, but a really wonderful workout. As I move into my 50’s, I’m glad I found a gym that makes me feel nurtured instead of overwhelmed. Thanks to Tessa for making my morning fun and bright!!!!
I am SO glad I joined Lioness 16 months ago! I lifted at various gyms for years, and eventually built a home gym, but I was never consistent and didn’t seem to progress in my weights. After just 1 trial class at Lioness I was HOOKED and immediately purchased more. I am the strongest I’ve ever been but I also truly enjoy showing up every week. I've been attending classes for a month now, and I love it! The coaches are all very welcoming and supportive. The classes are hard enough that it's a good workout but easy enough that the moves are beginner-friendly. My kids have enjoyed playing in the Cub Club while I'm in classes.
I loved hosting a workshop at Lioness Fitness. The space is warm, welcoming, and clearly built with intention. The community Kelley has created there is really special. :) Members were engaged, thoughtful, and open, which made facilitating such a meaningful experience. Lioness feels like a place that truly values strength, support, and body respect, and I’d absolutely love to collaborate again in the future.
