I've been a member of Lioness Fitness for over 5 years and it continues to be one of the best things I do during the week. I've gotten so much stronger and more confident in my body thanks to the excellent training. And while this would be enough in and of itself, Lioness is also so much more than a gym--it's truly a place for people to come and be in community. A very friendly and social gym while also getting in a great workout. Learning new skills and testing myself with new lifts and heavier weights in a comfortable environment. I get excited to go to each class which was not the case for me at other gyms! They do a great job of keeping the classes fun and fast paced so even if you don’t like a move, you’re on to the next in no time.

If I could give the guy who answered the phone a zero star, I would. His tone and demeanor was so arrogant and condescending. I was simply asking for help and guidance and he just flat out did not care to provide me with any information. No professional communication skills what's so ever! I'm highly disappointed because I was really looking into signing up. I wish the guy just had a different attitude and was more helpful.
