Another case of not listening to the customer ... felt rushed, didn't heed to my requests, still have hair in the places I would it to be clean, forgetting parts of the cut, didn't use any cream or ointment for the baldie ... the lack of skill is there and apparent.. disappointed because someone recommended this shop
My recent haircut appointment was very disappointing. I also felt a distinctly unwelcoming atmosphere. It seemed that the vibe was particularly uncomfortable for individuals of specific ethnicity. This made the overall experience unpleasant and frankly, unacceptable.
