Here’s my experience in dealing with Bish Mazumdar and Lion Mortgage I approached Bish after learning about their zero closing cost refinance option on Radio Mirchi on October 22, 2020. 6 minutes agoNEW I had the same experience as some of the people on here with lion mortgage. Bish, the owner, is the most unreliable person. Until a day before Closing disclosure was out, he kept telling me that his brokerage will not charge me anything but he included his charges in closing disclosure. When i called him back for fixing this, he refused to take off these charges and dreaded me on delaying the closing date. Worked with Bish and he - Say something, does something else. - Promise something and does break the promise. - Keep you blindfolded until last minute of signing. - Push you to the corner to make you sign agreement. - Initial calls with be so smooth, later no one responds. - Never give complete details, they don't have time to talk to your for at least 20 sec - 30 sec. - Cheats you like anything. RecommendedHad good experience with Bish. He delivered on what he promised on rate and cost to me. I had recommended him to two other friends they refinanced with him as well. He has promptly replied to all my questions. My friend and I liked that he uses secured document upload service instead of requesting via email. I will defiantly recommend him.
