Started out great, receiving a quote from the owner to have our lower level done at a great price compared to everyone else who had given us a quote. Then we received a call from the office manager within a day or so telling us that the owner had 'under-quoted us'. Her comments were quite concerning as she told us the owner was 'wrong' and that he should not have given us that quote, making it sound like he was incompetent when it came to determining the costs and profits.
