It was after 5 pm on a Friday and my garage door stopped working. I called 2 other numbers and nobody answered the phone it went to voicemail. I then called Lion Garage Door Repair and Installation the lady who answered their phone was very polite and understanding. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment so quickly and on a Saturday I thought I would have to wait til Monday to get it fixed. Anthony McLendon recently replaced our garage door motor. In the process he explained the company’s services and costs. He shared options and resources to help us save money. A quality motor was installed. We are pleased. In addition, we signed up for a yearly service contract. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I called Lion to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Once Chris, the technician, arrived he was obviously very customer service oriented in explaining the repair process to me. He examined the door to determine all needed repairs and provided me with a written estimate. After my approval he went to work and replaced both springs, replaced a missing bolt and tightened others, and also lubricated all moving parts.
