To begin with nobody showed for the initial appointment, later received a call that someone would be out the next day. Nice technician came out and assessed we needed a new garage door opener. Hours later the tech apologized and asked if we had a tarp because the garage door came off the track and fell. So the intent was to leave us with no garage door up!?!.
