A coil/spring on my garage door broke first thing in the morning with our much needed car in the garage. I called at 7:55am to book an appointment. was told same day at noon-2pm was available so I booked it. About two hours later I received an email confirmation that my appointment was for tomorrow at 1-3pm. I called back, was told I was speaking to the office vice the appointment line, and that I was reconfirmed as good to go for today at noon-2pm. then got a call from another agent saying she was the only one at the office... read more
