Bought rack 10 months ago driven around 700 miles, contacted them to say pinion seal was leaking, was told it must be problem with pump or fluid ( without even looking at rack). Said I'd get checked locally to rule out what they'd suggested. Took to local steering company who said pump etc was fine and it was just a seal, then took to my local garage to have checked also and they confirmed it was just pinion seal needed replacing and quoted to repair. polite people and great service
not great at all, first rack was faulty, then i had to pay to get the rack fixed, really difficult to get anyone on the phone, just really poor quality and service. after all the messing about it would have been cheaper to buy a new rack
