Avoid avoid avoid! This company does not honor its agreements. The carrier arrived to pick up my vehicle 3 days late with no calls to keep me updated, and claimed that the contract did not allow the inside of the vehicle to be loaded (?!) so they would charge me an extra $200, an arbitrary amount which he reduced to $100. My flight out of town was on that day so I had no time to dispute the matter. The car was to be delivered no later than a week later but arrived in the night 8 days later. Alex was a rockstar driver with loading my SUV with care and precision on the top deck of his trailer. I would not believe if I did not see him driving on the ramps edge to edge tires rolling with no unbalance. How he does it I do not know but he frickingly quick doing the loading. After all, I received my SUV in intact condition. I knew it already, but receiving it on the other was another excitement.
