I don't agree this is how an independent garage should do business, so we will no longer be bringing our vehicle to Napa Auto Parts. Charles, I'm not changing my review. If it hasn't been sold, who or what is "American automotive?" Our family go-to for all car repairs and service. Mel (Lonnie) is our guy :) good prices, honest and friendly
