1 Star Review We are a trucking company and had a terrible experience with this company. We ordered two dash cams that were never installed or used, not even working, yet we were charged for over seven months with no service provided. Every time we called for help, we were transferred from one person to another with no real assistance. Do not use this company. One of our vehicles got in a wreck and we recieved NO Alert. You shouldn't even need to read more after hearing this but just in case you aren't convinced these guys are awful here's a few more details: I used Linxup for 8 months and had nothing but problems. Terrible data accuracy — dozens of false speed violations every day. The customer service is the worst I have seen in ages. No one takes the time and you can't speak to any manger or higher up. I would like to give the CEO some feedback. I guess long as he making money and rich he does not care who gets what. I have been with them for over 15 years and they don't care.
