We have used Linxup GPS systems for 12 years for our two vehicles. The one system seemed like it was not tracking properly. We troubleshooted it from the App, no success, We called but always got home late and was after hours. Got busy with Life. We have had nothing but problems since switching to this system. We have repeatedly called support regarding engine fault codes and violations, and the representative literally stated he “doesn’t know what we are talking about” and that he “doesn’t know anything about engine codes.” That is completely unacceptable for a company providing ELD and fleet compliance services. On top of that, it took SIX phone calls just to try to get assistance, and we were repeatedly told to leave a voicemail instead of receiving actual support... read more
The worst company ever, customer service horrible. The ELD is horrible never worked and was charged a cancellation. I tried getting help for 2 weeks they don't even answer the phone. Sense of urgency due to compliance... horrible!!!
