The customer service is the worst I have seen in ages. No one takes the time and you can't speak to any manger or higher up. I would like to give the CEO some feedback. I guess long as he making money and rich he does not care who gets what. I have been with them for over 15 years and they don't care.
Sibic Trucking been a customer of Linxup for about 8-9 years, We have about 260 of their products ranging from solar, hardwired trackers, ELD and Dash Cameras. So far I have been satisfied with them, and their services. Matt B. makes everything easy, responsive and knows his stuff, when there is issues they try their best to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Was trying to buy devices and took weeks for sale to reach me. Glad I went to another company for my rental car fleet.
