Arrived there at 5:30p on a Tuesday, there was a truck already there waiting ahead of me, There was a man sitting in a chair in the bay area literally just looking out at the both of us. He never said a word to either of us. I sat there almost ten minutes (and I promise this is NOT AN EXAGGERATION and aint no telling how long the other gentleman had been sitting there).
