I am very happy with my new Linwood Post and Beam home which includes a separate guest suite along with my oversized garage with Artist Loft space above. Thanks to everyone from Brad, Mike, Chad from Duncan BC office and designer Tracy. Thanks to all the trades who helped insure a stress free build. I used Linwood for my custom prefab home build on Mayne Island. A challenge enough building on an Island but Linwood made it as smooth as it could be. Brad Grindler was great to work with. Responsive, timely and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend both Brad and Linwood.

This is our first experience building our own home. We liked the Linwood home designs and contacted Brad to learn more. Brad was incredibly generous with his time and willingly helped us develop a preferred design (a customized “Cascade”), over a period of one year, before we even committed to anything. Brad did a great job especially in assisting with the modification of the house plans that we had already drafted up. He is pleasant, creative and very easy to work with. Linwood was generous with their material supply, professional to deal with and we had no issues working with them. I would recommend Linwood to supply your house build package.
