Half of business regardless of what the product is, is how you feel about the transaction. Chris took in a scratched fender on short notice and had it back to me faster then I could get there. His personality, spotless facilities and lastly the no BS experience gained him in a customer for life. From downtown Victoria to Winter Harbour this is the guy his work speaks for it's self. Was terrible service from the start. Spoke to Chris couple weeks prior, set up a time to drop off my pick up for repairs. Upon drop off he wasn't available to speak to as he wasn't at the shop. He submitted an estimate to my insurance company for approximately 3k less then his estimate which was a mess up. Had my pick up for a month then stripped it for paint then said he ineeded about 20000$ more to complete the job. His original estimate was just over 19k then wanted 20k more lol.
