No recommending to anyone. Worst experience of our lives. Major lack of communications. No supervision. Flooring laid in dirt and dog pee. Time lines not ment. Every quote for changes are so high so you won't do them. Pulled their excavator to another job. Had to get our own. Cabnet issues.We have 50 deficiencies that aren't getting delt with.We are being ghosted now from all associated emplyees that are involved in build. Our only source to get any help looks like social media.
So far, so good ! After lengthy delays in receiving the necessary permits, Linwood has started the building process. Fingers crossed ! Thanks
