Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the owner, who responded very rudely when I didn’t understand where she wanted me to seat due to her having a strong accent. I only asked for clarification twice and she became upset and raised her voice, which made the interaction uncomfortable. She was so nice and my nails looks amazing!!
Very disappointing experience. I asked for gel polish to be removed and new polish applied. 1-The young lady did not remove all the old polish as it was visible on the side of my nails. 2-One nail has a noticeable ridge in it from the way she removed the old polish. 3- The ends of my nails are rough and not filed down like they should be. Overall a very poor job.
Love my 4th of July nails!!!
