This was the first time that I have been and I showed a picture of what I was looking for. My nails turned out even better, it was a great experience.
They’re so sweet & always ask how my kids are. They do an amazing job! Great massage during deluxe pedicure too. I go out of my way to come see them specifically!
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the owner, who responded very rudely when I didn’t understand where she wanted me to seat due to her having a strong accent. I only asked for clarification twice and she became upset and raised her voice, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I also noticed she seemed to treat her staff poorly, which was very concerning. The quality of the nail work was average at best, and I left disappointed.
