Very nice park. It has owners and renters. Linway does a screening process and don't just let ANYONE move in. Lots of families in the park and they upkeep it pretty decent. The management is OK and the sheriff's patrol frequently. It's not Heaven on Earth but it's not a bad place to live either. My family has lived in the park for over 10 years and they are owners. Definitely does not give you the Trailer Park Trash feel it's really a Small Nice Tight knit community.

If you are of Hispanic decent dont bother Yes This is a racially diverse Community if you only consider black and whiteRacially diverseThey genuinely haveDiscrimination to those who do not speak EnglishOr have an accentThey will not even put yourApplication through the systemThe supposably system that exists verry sad but true #blacklives&brownlives 💕
