They spent 5 hours in our 2 bed unit, however nothing was cleaned to a end of lease standard. The shower wasn't cleaned, still had soap on the tiles, the stairs weren't vacuumed or moped and the windows weren't cleaned. They also damaged the ceiling downstairs and left marks all over it that we will probably have to pay to fix. They then didn't respond in time to come back a rectify the issues, I had to go clean the whole unit myself and nothing was done properly.
