Sketchy subcontracting and lack of transparency. I used this company a few years ago. I think it was the owner that came out and did a great job resolving an AC drainage issue. That same year he sent a sub contractor out for a simple cleaning which was alright. This year he had me working with a call center out of San Antonio that is incredibly hard to understand and I had to work with a couple different people asking the same questions and getting things wrong about the problems I have with my HVAC systems.
