Since joining the practice a year and a half ago, I’ve never seen a more disgraceful doctor surgery in my life, staff are Rude, disrespectful and very unhelpful.
The place was hardly a shining bastion of general practice but ever since it became the amorphous blob of Valens and later NPC it's absolutely down the shitter. Got to fight through chatbots and computer systems to try and speak to a gp and if they actually have the time to book you an appointment they're so burned out and overworked that you literally couldn't pay them to care. I went today to reception got an appointment and was seen no problem.
Appointments same day with named GP now like it should and used to be.
Takes weeks to get appointments, even for them to pick up the phone
