I am SO DONE with this place! My three children have been coming here for so many years, and for the last year now it is impossible to get an appointment any type of appointment because I am always told they are short staffed and don’t have enough doctors!! Do yourself a favor and find another pediatrician, plus the providers here aren’t that great anyway the two doctors are good but a couple of the PA’s are terrible….bad bedside manners & just down right rude, & that one receptionist with the hair all over her arms (cannot ... read more
Phone receptionist is very inpatient and don’t give me chance to ask questions.
The doctors are exceptional, but I’ve consistently had a negative experience with the receptionist. Her rudeness and attitude are really off-putting. A little politeness would go a long way! I’ve decided to change my location because I don’t want to deal with such negativity anymore.Her behaviour is completely unacceptable. A very disappointing experience . I called ahead to let the office know I was running late because my infant had a massive blowout, and I had to return home to change him. I explained the situation and asked about their policy or if I should reschedule. The receptionist told me they have a 10-minute grace period and asked when I could arrive. I explained my appointment was at 9:40 and my GPS estimated I could be there by 9:50. She assured me this was fine and within their policy.
