I’m deeply disappointed in the professionalism of this pediatrician/practice. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Used to take my daughter here they are horrible!!!!!! Dr amster gave me the same visit twice on different occasions I had to tell him we had discussed the same topic on our last visit and he was very rude and said I'm the doctor I'll give the exam. The staff were rude and horrible!! Please for your peace of mind DO NOT GO HERE!!
Do not go here for your child or for your peace of mind. Let's start with the front desk. They are very unprofessional and are not able to problem solve. The doctors also have an extremely strict and ridiculous scheduling policy. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, they will cancel the appointment and they never have space for a rescheduling within a timely manner.
I've taken my babies here for over 25yrs. We'd never go anywhere else to have our children's needs and care addressed. Dr's are very personable and remember you and your child/children's interests and they're treated more than just some name on a file. Highly recommend.
