The doctors are exceptional, but I’ve consistently had a negative experience with the receptionist. Her rudeness and attitude are really off-putting. A little politeness would go a long way! I’ve decided to change my location because I don’t want to deal with such negativity anymore.Her behaviour is completely unacceptable. A very disappointing experience . I called ahead to let the office know I was running late because my infant had a massive blowout, and I had to return home to change him. I explained the situation and asked about their policy or if I should reschedule. The receptionist told me they have a 10-minute grace period and asked when I could arrive. I explained my appointment was at 9:40 and my GPS estimated I could be there by 9:50. She assured me this was fine and within their policy. I've been here many times and had the same problem each time. First of all, it is really difficult to reach them by phone. When you finally reach, you can make an appointment for the same day. It is very nice that they take care of you there and the doctor's attention. However, it is very strange that a visit summary is not given about what was done there and what needs to be done next. At the very least, they need to share a document with recommendations on which drug to use and for how long.
