This surgery is an absolute joke, I've had a stroke,a heart attack and a cardiac arrest and they kicked me out because I never filled in some form they apparently sent me on my phone
Linthorpe Surgery I’m sure live in hope you die before they answer the phone, or they treat your issue properly. Either way they I am so sure they log it when you attend an appointment with the NHS so they can claim payment. I’ve had 3 conversations with MSK Team, and two lots of tablets. Surgery is an absolute joke... can't wait to change it, can't even ring up to change appointments with out getting past to pillow to post. Then you get a letter saying you have missed an appointment and get threatened to be kicked out when you been trying to change it all morning. You wait weeks and weeks for an appointment and get no further forward with your illness, as they palm you off all the time . Wonderful experience with Econsult this week. Submitted form at 08.20; I had call from Shiela at 9.30 who informed me Dr has reviewed and suggested Pharmacy referral. Explained in detail This process as new to me - thank you Sheila - very helpful. Spoke with Pharmacy had consultation with Pharmacy of choice, prescription and first dose by 12 midday. Very happy patient. ! Thank you Linthorpe Surgery and Coulby Newham Pharmacy.
