Great group of doctors!
The doc was great but the front desk staff were clueless, as one of the first things they said to me was that they are not in my network and I had to pay cash. I obtained the list of providers from my insurance company. Big opportunity for some customer service training. Also, when I was working out the scheduling details the person was not accommodating. We pay their salaries albeit through our insurance. If it wasn't for the doc I would be going someplace else.
Arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:45 apt as directed. Then, multiple patients arrived to check in as well after myself. At least two of them seemed to personally know the receptionist - one of them asking to see "baby pictures"... then, the ones who appeared to know staff got called back before me, despite arriving later.
