Steve came and was great. He was fast but thorough. He also fixed my dryer! It would not stay on and I didn't know why. I am a new homeowner. The door latch was broke but I was unaware that was the issue. He put a little piece of cardboard at the bottom of the door to prop it up. Had I called Maytag they would have sold me a new dryer!
