Ricky came out to clean our dryer vent this morning. He also replaced the flapper on the outside. He was transparent with pricing which I thought was very fair compared to other companies. Knowing they are firemen added a level of security knowing my family is safe. I appreciated the pictures he showed me of the before and after. We'll be contacting them again!
I had a great experience with Lint Pros. The office manager was very friendly, efficient and professional. The technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained the process fully and did a wonderful job cleaning our dryer, vent and replacing an obsolete cage over our vent outside. Super friendly. Love that this company is owned and employs firefighters. Highly recommended.
Very happy with the service. Everything was explained well. We feel much better knowing the vent is cleaned out and it’s set up better for the future. Highly recommend!
