I had received a call our door access system wasn't working, as the Director of Facilities for a school district and school starting soon it was imperative our security system was up and running Linstar's Service Tech Jamie Gentile quickly trouble shot the problem, ordered replacement parts and had us back up and running in record time time. LINSTAR has always been a great company to work with Thankyou!!

The driver in the truck that was stuck in traffic on the NY 17 East on 2/26/25 told us that he liked One Direction when we asked him. This makes your company superior. His name is Lewis. Please give him a raise.

Carol was very easy to work with. The process was went very smooth. The ID cards were done just as we asked and they are of good quality.

LINSTAR designed a new ID for our small agency. The design process was seamless and they applied any changes we asked for very quickly. When we ordered the ID's the turnaround was very quick and we're very happy with both the product and the service.
