Everyone in her office were very polite and accommodating. My daughter was running and I left her name at the desk so they'd allow her in my room at my request. I was first asked if she could come into the room and I replied yes. Dr. Lindsey Etherington was very informative, direct, did not pull any punches and laid out all explanations of the procedures involved with my breasts. She asked if me or my daughter had any questions, which we did and proceeded to ask her.
The front office staff and the lovely person who took my vitals at Dr Etherington's office were so kind! Once back in the treatment room, the visit with the PA was fabulous! I was made to feel comfortable and she eases my tensions. My visit with Dr Etherington was a consult and she answered all my questions. Again, I felt very comfortable discussing my needs and we developed a plan of action. I truly appreciate the thoughtful manner in which the entire staff treats their patients.
Dr Etherington did a wonderful job with my Surgery. I could not have ask for a better surgeon. She took the time to explain the procedure and made my very comfortable with all that was happening. I would recommend her highly.
