I had my consultation 5/11. I had a great experience with getting my consultation scheduled. Staff does a 30 days out phone call and that was very helpful. During my appointment I didn't feel rushed and I felt heard! Dr. Etherington literally sat knee to knee with me explaining the process and what it would look like for me. Let me start by saying this has been over a year long process. I was a little disappointed when Dr. Etherington said if I still wanted to lose weight I might want to wait for surgery. I get the struggles, especially during holidays. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned a year later and the nurse congratulated me and then later Dr. Etherington did as well. Linsey (and molly) are great, and they did such good work. Very caring and were very clear about what i need to do during healing stages. Definitely reccomend them if you are needing surgery under what theyre able to do.
